Now at the year's end is prime time to recognize and thank your employees for being a critical factor in the growth and success of your business.

While providing constructive criticism and performance reviews are important parts of leading a team, showing appreciation and communicating thanks are practices that are just as critical. Sometimes a simple pat on the back can make a team member feel connected with the organization. Showing your staff that you notice and appreciate their hard work will motivate them to work even harder and put more effort into making your center successful. 
Improve your interpersonal relationships with your staff members by recognizing each and every contributor to your center's success.
